VIE FINANCE A.E.P.E.Y S.A operates under the brand name of Fortissio (www.fortissio.com). According to the license it holds, may provide the following investment services:

a) Investment services and activities
(i) Reception and transmission of orders, consisting in receiving and transmitting orders on behalf of clients for transactions in financial instruments.

(ii) Execution of orders on behalf of clients, consisting in acting to conclude agreements to buy or sell one or more financial instruments on behalf of clients.

b) Ancillary services
(i) Safeguarding and administering financial instruments on behalf of clients, including the provision of custodian services and the provision of related services such as the management of cash or collateral
(ii) Provision of foreign exchange services where they are linked to the provision of investment services.

Essential prerequisite for high-level investment services on the part of the company is the existence of high-skilled executives, high experience and appropriate certification. Additionally, and in accordance with the provisions of article 2 par. 2 of decision 4/461 / 24.01.2008 of the HCMC and for reasons of organizational adequacy and transparency, the company notifies certified executives and trainees

VIE FINANCE A.E.P.E.Y S.A is registered under Greek Company Law registered to GEMI 122000301000 and is operating under the brand name of Fortissio (www.fortissio.com) VIE FINANCE A.E.P.E.Y S.A is authorized and regulated under the Hellenic capital market commission (HCMC), under license no. 4/792/20.7.2017.2.
VieFinance has an established Branch in Germany with ID no. 157432 under the BaFin.

The purpose of the GF is to secure the claims of covered clients against the GF members through the payment of compensation, if the necessary preconditions are fulfilled. All non-professional investor-clients of an GF member who is covered by the GF for claims against such member, arising out of the covered services provided by the member, may apply for compensation.
